Customer Service & Shipping

Stout Gardens customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping label created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package on the carrier’s website or through the link in your email.
If 48 hours have passed since your order was marked shipped and tracking information has not appeared, please contact us at info@stoutgardens.com or (405) 642.4190 and we will look into it right away.
Please note: Tracking reflects when your package is in transit — it does not indicate when your order was placed or when plants are harvested. Our iris and daylilies are dug and shipped according to the seasonal harvest windows described below. If your order is within the shipping season, it will ship as soon as your plants are ready.
Overseas and Canadian orders: We do ship out of the US, however this website is unpredictable in calculating shipping and phytosanitary certificates. At present phytosanitary certificates are $73 in Oklahoma, regardless of the size of the order (up to $1250). These are required for all orders outside the USA. Some countries, for example Australia and South American countries, require you have an import permit. We advise you check with your country’s department of agriculture for costs, restrictions, etc.
E-mail us your order and we’ll let you know what the costs will be: info@stoutgardens.com or call (405) 642.4190
Shipping Iris: We begin shipping iris in July and hope to finish by early October. We encourage those of you in colder climates to order early and get your iris in by mid August to provide them time to get established before your first freeze. We cannot be responsible for iris not planted correctly or lost due to weather. Those of you in warmer climates should shoot for August–September to plant your iris. Please specify your ideal time for shipment.
Shipping Daylilies: We start shipping your daylilies in May and can continue to June. Fall shipping starts in August to September 15.
Bonus: We will select bonus plants of one per every six ordered or value up to five (more than that increases shipping). We must select bonus plants on value and stock available. We do often include some of our own introductions as bonus. While you may not know these cultivars, we feel that they are superior performing plants.
Substitutions: Occasionally we run out of a plant we’re offering. If you do permit us to substitute, we will offer you a plant of equal or greater value and similar characteristics. Some plants are in short supply, so please order early! We will notify you when plants are out of stock.
